Henderson Surety Services is a division of leading independent insurance broker, Henderson Insurance Brokers Limited. The Surety Services division deals specifically with the performance and development bond requirements of clients operating within the construction and related industries.
Our specialist Surety team dealing with all Surety Bonds , which includes ex-surety underwriters, has more than 80 years surety market experience and specialises in handling the complex surety requirements of companies. The division operates throughout the UK and Ireland and offers a personal, professional and confidential service which includes:
- independent market review and properly presented applications to underwriters to ensure that you obtain competitive terms and that your facility is arranged through the most appropriate surety company
- ongoing management of your surety facility
- fast and efficient service with individual attention at all times
- expert and impartial knowledge on bond wordings at tender stage. This will reduce the risk of you being committed to an onerous form of bond in the event of your tender being successful
